At MyGospelShop, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident when purchasing any of our digital or physical products.


🛡️ Digital Products – 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your digital purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days.
Digital products are managed through Hotmart, and refunds must be requested via your Hotmart account.

Instructions:

  • Log in to Hotmart → Go to “My Purchases” → Click “Request Refund”
  • Refunds are processed according to Hotmart’s refund policy

📦 Physical Products – Redbubble Policy Applies

Physical products (T-shirts, Backpacks, etc.) are fulfilled by Redbubble, and are subject to Redbubble’s Exchange & Return Policy.

Redbubble does not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are only available if the product arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact Redbubble support within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Include clear photos showing the issue
  • Visit: www.redbubble.com/help
